Our Story

Established in 1995, Porto Exterior is run by the Fung brothers. Kin Fu previously served as an executive chef at a five-star hotel, received culinary awards, judged cooking competitions and hosted a food programme on Ou Mun Tin Toi, the Chinese-language radio service of Macao’s public broadcaster TDM.

Building on decades of Portuguese-cooking experience passed down by their father, the brothers bring together Portuguese and Macanese flavours with warm, attentive service.
